1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing the Passive Buddies website, joining our community, registering for a workshop, or purchasing a coaching program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Educational content, not advice
Everything we publish and teach is educational. It is not legal, tax, financial, medical, or professional advice. Your business results depend on your effort, skills, market and decisions.
3. No income guarantees
We do not guarantee any specific income, revenue, or business outcome. Any examples, testimonials, or case studies are illustrative and not typical.
4. Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Access to paid programs is personal, non-transferable, and limited to you.
5. Payments and refunds
Paid programs are billed as described at checkout. Unless stated otherwise on the specific offer page, subscription payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel future renewals at any time. Any refund policy specific to a program overrides this general rule.
6. Intellectual property
All materials — frameworks, videos, documents, templates, recordings — are owned by Passive Buddies and licensed to you for personal use only. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or re-teach our materials without written permission.
7. Community conduct
In our free community and paid programs, be respectful. No spam, no self-promotion outside designated spaces, no harassment, no illegal or hateful content. We may remove members who violate these rules without refund.
8. Third-party tools
We reference and teach third-party tools (e.g. automation, AI, hosting). We are not responsible for their pricing, availability, or actions. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Passive Buddies and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Changes and termination
We may update these terms, our programs, or our pricing at any time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.
